We specialize in the removal of braids of all kinds, twists, microlinks, faux locs, and more! Every service includes a luxury shampoo, deep conditioning treatment, detangling, and blow-dry to help leave your hair feeling clean, refreshed, and manageable. We proudly welcome men, women, children, and seniors! ✨ OUR MISSION Our mission is to provide every client with a luxurious, stress-free experience where their time, hair, and comfort are valued. At The Braid Remover, we believe your takedown experience should be just as enjoyable as your finished style! 📌 IMPORTANT INFORMATION & POLICIES PRICING & SERVICES • Prices vary depending on the length, thickness, and condition of your natural hair. • Please keep in mind that longer or more intricate styles may require additional time. • Our services include a luxury wash, deep conditioning, detangling, and blow-dry. • If you choose to decline the wash, the full service price will still apply. DEPOSITS & BOOKING • A $50 deposit is required for ALL appointments. • Your deposit will be applied toward your total service cost. • All deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. • Your appointment address will be provided once your deposit has been received. RESCHEDULING POLICY We understand that life happens! If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability, and your new appointment must be confirmed. LATE ARRIVAL POLICY We offer a 10-minute grace period for all clients. • If you anticipate arriving late, please call or text to let us know. • Arrivals exceeding 20 minutes without prior communication may result in cancellation of your appointment. ♿ ACCESSIBILITY & ELDERLY CLIENTS We welcome clients with mobility needs and proudly accommodate wheelchair users in our accessible suite. For clients who receive services from a Direct Support Professional (DSP), we ask that their support person remain present throughout the entire appointment to help ensure a safe and comfortable experience. 👧🏽 CHILDREN’S APPOINTMENTS Children are welcome at The Braid Remover! To help us provide the best possible experience, we ask that parents or guardians drop off their child and return for pickup at the agreed-upon time. If a child becomes too distressed or difficult to safely service, we will contact the parent or guardian to assist or arrange pickup. Light refreshments will be provided. Parents are also welcome to send a snack, iPad, tablet, or another quiet activity to help their child remain comfortable during the appointment. 😷 HEALTH & WELLNESS POLICY Your health and safety are important to us! COVID-19: If you have tested positive for COVID-19, please do not attend your appointment. Contact us to discuss rescheduling. Cold, Allergy & Respiratory Symptoms: If you are experiencing symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, congestion, or a runny nose, please notify us before your appointment. If we agree to proceed, a properly fitted N95 mask provided by us must be worn throughout the service. If you are unable or unwilling to comply, we reserve the right to decline or reschedule the appointment. If you are experiencing symptoms of a potentially contagious illness, please contact us before arriving so we can determine the safest option. Must cancel your appointment 2 hours in advance. No calls No shows will require a deposit of %10 in order to book with us again .
