Hello ! My name is Gabrielle . I have created a luxury service that “you never knew you needed “! I am home based and located in Catonsville Md . I have created a peaceful atmosphere to be pampered . I remove braids of all kinds , twist ,micro links , faux locs and more ! Each service includes a luxury wash, deep conditioning, detangle and blow dry . I remove previous braided styles . We service Men , Women , Children , and the Elderly . Our mission is to create a luxurious experience for our clients each and every time . What you need to know : Prices varies based on the length and condition of your natural hair , the the longer the hair the longer the service . If you decide to refused your wash , you will still be expected to pay the full price . ALL Services REQUIRES A $50 DEPOSIT. Your deposit is subtracted from your total . ALL deposits are NON REFUNDABLE . Once your deposit is received the address will then be available to you . If you need to reschedule please do so within 24-48 hours . You may reschedule for a later date if the later date is available. I allow a 10 minute grace period to all clients . If you plan to arrive later than the grace period we ask that you call /txt to give us a heads up . Your appointment will be canceled if you are more than 20 minutes late / no call or txt Handicap /Elderly♿️ Our suite is handicap accessible if you or your loved one is in a wheelchair we will still provide the service. Clients who have DSP we ask that you stay with your client during the entire appointment. Children : We welcome children to be serviced however we ask that parents drop the child off and come back for pick up . If your child becomes unmanageable at anytime during service we will call the parent and request for them to come back and pick up the child . We will provide light refreshments however feel free to send your child with a snack iPad/tablet whatever to help us have a successful appointment. Covid -19 Policy : If you’re positive please do not come . If you aren’t feeling well common cold / allergies 🤧 We will still service you however you’ll be required to wear a N95 mask provided by myself . If for any reason you decline the mask you will be turned away . We want to keep everyone safe and respect everyone’s personal health while still allowing you the luxury “✨ Extra : Please come alone , this is your “ME”time . We ask that you do not bring any extra guest with you outside of those who are also being serviced . We hope to see you soon .

Cancellation Policy

Must cancel your appointment 2 hours in advance. No calls No shows will require a deposit of %10 in order to book with us again .
